So day 13, was core 20, and to go with gaining muscle I did an extended weight lift isolated on shoulders. Surprisingly I woke up just fine, must have got enough protien for the day (SUCCESS!)
Day 14, fire 45, and biceps and triceps today…Did weights while watching the game of thrones season finale, and I was not shocked at all by it, and kinda of predicted the whole dragon thing.
Just finished fire 45, boyfriend walked in and gave me the I am disappoint face he thinks, the way I work out is wrong, and I should be doing everything he is doing, which is kinda of a put down everyday (told him that and it’s died down a bit but he rubs it in-the difference he has a work out partner and a gym member ship) I could go swimming and lift giant weights too if I wanted to, but I don’t I just want to get heathy and strong my own way in a way I feel is super fun..but still struggle for daily motivation.
Me working out is like going into a cold pool, you want to and you can remember how great it feels to do it, but getting the nerve to jump right in is hard and takes practise.
Needless to say everything is still on track, but now that it is getting closer to Shakespeare festival I have a lot of work to do, so I will have to fit it all in at some point (I mean there is no other option-if I slack now then I fail)
Two weeks at this just sort of flew by the heathly eating wasn’t as hard once we got rid of the bad stuff in our house, we really had no choice.
